Helical gear pumps ELIKA
High efficiency, low noise and pulsations
The range of products offered by Marzocchi also includes ELIKA, a low noise series of helical gear pumps . The tooth profile without encapsulation allows not only the reduction in pressure oscillations but also the vibrations transmitted to other components connected to the pump (valves, tank and hoses).
The noise level generated by ELIKA pumps makes this product particularly suitable for all those fields/applications that require low noise levels. Compared to other kind of volumetric pumps available on the market, ELIKA gear pumps have a very high range of applications in terms of rotation speed, work pressure and viscosity range.
The particular structure of ELIKA pumps allow the reduction of internal leaks and therefore the maximization of volumetric efficiency in all conditions.
The axial compensation system integrated in the pump cover optimally balances the axial forces induced by the helical teeth. The pumps of ELIKA series are therefore suitable for work operations with low speed and high pressure.
Available in either clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation and displacements from 2.1 to 200 cm3/rev, the helical gear pumps of ELIKA series by Marzocchi are perfectly interchangeable with Marzocchi ALP2 and GHP2 external gear pumps series.
