Marzocchi external gear pumps

Marzocchi external gear pumps consist of a gear pair supported by two aluminium bushings, a securing flange, a body and a cover. They can be supplied in both single rotation and bi-rotational configurations. All the pumps are available in different displacements thanks to the variation of the toothed band thickness of the gear. The low pulsation and noise levels during pump operation are guaranteed by the particular design of the tooth profile and the geometric proportions.
ALP series
The range of ALP external gear pumps includes the new products ALP1, ALP2, ALP3 and ALP4, suitable for both mobile and industrial applications. They are also available as reversible pumps or pumps with pressure limiting valve.
GHP series
Like the previous ALP pumps, the GHP series external gear pumps by Marzocchi are suitable for mobile and industrial applications. It is possible to choose the shaft, the flange and the inlet and pressure port. The range includes pumps with independent driving systems and reversible pumps.
0.25 &0.5 series
The external gear micropumps of the 0.25 and 0.5 Series can also be used in high pressure applications. The range includes modular multiple micropumps, bi-rotational micropumps or micropumps with check valves.
1P series
The 1P external gear pumps are available as double pumps, bi-rotational pumps or with pressure limiting valve. The 1P range allows to choose pressure ports, shafts suction ports, shafts and different flanges.
