Hydraut has engineered the electro-hydraulic hybrid system KSPH, Kit Servo Pump Hydraut, to meet the energy saving requirements of the installations and to reduce the selection and system implementation times thanks the possibility to choose standardized packages according to the technical parameters preselected by the user.

Interfluid distributes the Hydraut KSPH electro-hydraulic hybrid system and provides techinical advice to select the configuration most suited to your production needs.

KSPH Hydraut consists of standard motor-pump groups configured in standardized packages made up of:

1. Inverter drive
2. High power density brushless motor
3. Internal gear pump

Applications:

Maximum advantages are achievable with machines or systems with operational pauses in their work cycle, which do not require active hydraulic energy. The higher the ratio of the “pause” to the operative phase, the greater the possible advantages.
When applied to hydraulic presses, it allows to expand the range of available applications thanks to the flexibility of the electro-hydraulic hybrid system, the higher dynamics at low latency compared to traditional systems.

An electro-hydraulic hybrid system allows to reduce the environmental impact in terms of energy saving (up to 80%) and for the lower quantity of hydraulic oil to dispose of thanks to the reduction of fluid overheating.
